Denise Facione

Denise Facione earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a secondary school teaching certificate from the University of  Michigan. She has been a high school science teacher at Okemos High School for her entire career until this year. She taught Physical and Earth Science, Biology, AP Biology, and Research Seminar classes.

Currently, Ms. Facione is provisionally certified as a high school counselor as she continues to complete her Master's Program  in Counseling from Central Michigan University. Her caseload consists of 10th-12th graders.

Ms Facione lives in Brighton, MI with her husband. She has four children/stepchildren. She enjoys the outdoors, especially trail running and backpacking. She is also an avid reader.
